Cars exhaustion

Main problem of ventilating system of garages and parking places is it’s accumulation of toxic substances which produced while cars engines are started. In consequence cars exhaustion concentrating inside a tunnel and around of air wells, through which occurs release of polluted air. Most polluted exhaustion produced in engine starting and heating time, when cars are in garage and parking places.

Cars exhaust contains:

  • Incomplete liquid fuel burning products (CO, soot, hydrocarbons, etc);

  • Air hydrogen oxidizing products – different hydrogen oxides;

  • Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (also benzapyrene)  

Note.

In view of ban to production and use of ethylated petrol in RF from 2002 year amount of plumbum in cars exhaustion not counted.

All compounds specified in this list are harmful and hard-to-remove.

Exhaustion toxic compounds differently influence human organism. Hydrogen oxide cause oxygen starvation and affect central nervous system. Aldehydes (formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein, etc) irritate mucous tunics and affect central nervous system. Benzapyrene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, anthracenes are carcinogenic substances. They are strong poisons, influence food poisoning, and destroy respiratory organs and nervous system.
